Receptionist Part Time
We are seeking a part-time Receptionist for 20 – 24 hours per week.
This position requires accuracy, excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate must enjoy a new challenge everyday. They must demonstrate a keen willingness to be flexible and learn new things on a regular basis. Training is provided on site and is extensive for the right candidate.
Duties include:
• Daily client interaction and liaison
• Schedule, dispatch and confirm appointments
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Greet people and direct them to the proper contact
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, as well as industry standard technology such as QuickBooks Online and Jobber. This position is heavily reliant on computer skills.
• Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to answering phones, processing warranties, processing gas permits, word processing, copying, filing, and data entry in QuickBooks Online & Jobber. A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment. Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem-solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.
• Cleaning of office and workspace
• Other Duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 3 years of administrative/office experience
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks online and Jobber would be an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands

Residential Installer/Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for a well-rounded technician with experience in residential & commercial servicing, troubleshooting, controls and installation. This would include servicing and maintaining residential units, commercial MUA, RTU’s and startup of new units. This position would also be the lead in residential AC installs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to install furnaces, air conditioners, garage heaters, and hot water tanks from start to finish taking the lead on AC installation and start-up.
- Current and future commercial HVAC projects.
- Journeyman License REQUIRED Sheet Metal (additional ticket as a Gas Fitter, Refrigeration or Plumbing an asset)
- Must be able to service and troubleshoot residential equipment, various commercial MUA, Rooftop’s equipment without fault.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the new and retrofit installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and Garage Heaters.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Required Education: High school or equivalent
Certification: Journeyman License Required Sheet Metal (additional ticket as a Gas Fitter, Refrigeration or Plumbing an asset)
Required Experience: 5+ years
Required License: Driver License (Class 5)
Driver’s Abstract is required.
